Lingyun Technology inc processes personal data solely to operate the Lingyuns gateway and GPU cloud. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, company, country. Billing data: order history and invoice references. Technical data: API request metadata (timestamps, model, token counts), IP addresses and gateway logs.

2. Prompts and outputs

Requests routed through the gateway are not stored in content form and are not used to train models. We retain aggregated usage metrics (token counts per model per day) for billing and abuse prevention.

3. How we use data

To provide and secure the services, to compute usage and issue invoices, to answer support requests, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with the model providers necessary to fulfil a request (metadata only), with infrastructure providers, and with authorities when legally required. Where providers apply zero-retention terms we pass them through.

5. Retention

Account records are kept while the account is active and for the statutory period afterwards. Gateway metadata is retained for 90 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; EU/UK users have the rights in the GDPR. We respond within 30 days.

7. Sub-processors

A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We give notice of changes affecting data location.
